2D Drawings for Planning Applications (unless permitted development) and Building Regulations Applications.

I offer a free home visit and consultation to discuss your ideas and establish your requirements. I would then provide a fee for my services based on the complexity of the proposed work.
In most cases the design process would follow 3 stages.

Stage 1 - Undertake a survey of the property and produce accurate existing plans of the property and start initial concept design.

Stage 2 - Commence work developing outline plans meeting your requirements. Once these proposals have been agreed these would be prepared for submission as part of the Planning Application (if required).  The Plans would consist of existing and proposed plans (elevations, layouts, site plan). 

Stage 3 - Building Regulations Application/working drawings.  The drawings would be developed further into detailed plans with a supporting specification, together with a Structural Engineers design if necessary to be able to submit a Building Regulations Application and produce working drawings.  

I can provide a flexible approach where I apply only certain services to suit your requirements.  

I cover the Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and can provide my services remotely depending on the type of project.
